• Hackers will begin working on their problem statement on 8th December 2025 immediately after the Inauguration Ceremony.

• All project submissions must be uploaded by 9th December 2025 before evaluation begins.

• ⛔ Late submissions will not be considered.

• Participants must be registered for the hackathon.

• Participation is exclusive to IT Club members of RGUKT RK Valley.

• Individuals or teams (as per hackathon rules) are allowed, but each member must belong to the IT Club.

Participants must work on the announced problem statement and develop a functional solution or prototype addressing it.
Your project should demonstrate:

• A clear and meaningful solution to the problem

• Smart and impactful integration of the Google Gemini API

• Creativity, innovation, and good implementation practices

• Any additional tech stack or tools are welcome — as long as Gemini plays a central role

Every team must submit the following on Devpost:

• 🔹 Project Description — what your project does and the problem it solves

• 🔹 How You Built It — tech architecture, development approach & use of Gemini API

• 🔹 Tech Stack Used — frameworks, APIs, languages, libraries, tools

• 🔹 GitHub Repository Link — source code with documentation

• 🔹 Team Members & Contributions

💡 Submissions must clearly demonstrate how the project solves the problem statement and how Gemini API powers the solution.

Prizes received from MLH and Google Gemini will be distributed to winners and participants based on the prize breakdown.
Special recognitions may also be awarded for standout projects.

Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Innovation & Creativity

• Technical Implementation

• Impact & Usefulness

• User Experience & Design

• Best Use of Gemini API

• Winners will be selected based on total scores achieved during evaluation.

Judge decisions will be final and binding.
